Change does not happen overnight!
Yes you can have old thoughts and patterns/routines, as you make changes and start to shift into the new you.
Yes, you may skip a workout, maybe even two. It doesn’t mean your a quitter and the program doesn’t work. It means the old ways were trying to take over, because that’s what you are use to….but put your big girl pants on and get back to your new habits.
You can handle it all! The old comfy ways, the changes in the present, and the new you in the future….just don’t quit!
